Well, it finally happened. I finished the Dark Souls trilogy, not counting Demon's Souls.
I must admit I didn't care much for the lore of the game but the world, the locations and characters really grew on me and made me appreciate this game even more.
Dark Souls 3 is a very good culmination for this saga, and features everything that made these games so memorable, and even tried to make some improvements.
Despite DS2 being the black sheep of the souls saga, it was a huge leap forwards when it came to improve the DS1 mechanics. DS3 makes a good trade off figuring out what to keep and what to change from DS2.
I never thought I would enjoy DS2 and 3 as much as I did.
